<p>스마트스토어에서 휴대폰 소액결제로 주문한 제품에 대한 환불 방식이 오픈마켓과 소셜커머스 등 유통채널에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오픈마켓은 '포인트'로 환불 해주는 반면 소셜커머스와 대형 오프라인몰은 계좌로 '현금' 지급하고 있을 것입니다.</p>
<p>신세계인터내셔널 지인은 “핸드폰 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 유사한 구조이기 때문에 직접 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 말했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “핸드폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 덕에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있습니다”고 이야기했었다.</p>
